- Ingest & Transform: Design ETL/ELT processes to load event-level gameplay and ad metrics into ClickHouse - Model & Document: Implement dbt models that produce clean, well-documented tables for analysis - Orchestrate: Set up and maintain workflow automation using the right orchestration tool (Airflow, Dagster, or equivalent) - Optimize: Tune ClickHouse schemas and queries for fast, large-scale aggregations (DAU, ARPU, LTE KPIs) - Enable ML: Collaborate on feature-engineering pipelines for payer-classification and LTV modeling - Ensure Quality: Automate data-quality checks and alerting for pipeline failures or anomalies - Support Dashboards: Feed reliable, near-real-time data into Tableau dashboards for stakeholders

- 3+ years in a Data Engineering role, ideally in a high-volume analytics environment - Strong expertise with ClickHouse (schema design, performance tuning) - Proficient in Python for data pipelines and scripting - Advanced SQL skills, including window functions and CTEs - Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformations - Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) - Can-do attitude with a self-starter mindset - Passion for cutting-edge technologies and continuous learning - Eagerness to experiment, adopt new tools, and extract maximum value from them
