Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and support the Incident Process Management Unit to ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of issues
- Control balances and/or bank accounts to ensure the continuity of payment transactions
- Involvement in the management of payment system downtimes in a 24/7 mode
- Handle technical issues, transaction checking, online tool malfunctions, and reporting problems with payment providers
- Collaborate with the Finance department to check and resolve all mismatches and support the reconciliation process
- Analyze payment transactions and prepare reports based on the analysis
- Create new reports and/or propose improvement options for existing reports to conduct effective analysis of payment data
- Monitor and continuously find ways to improve UX to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with external and internal teams to manage and ensure the involvement of parties in resolving or improving payment-related tasks
- Analyze unusual payment-related incidents and propose effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education, bachelor’s degree in a related field (finance, economics, or management)
- Work experience in a related field (banking, credit organizations, bookmakers)
- A gaming experience is a plus, but not required
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Familiar with the preparation of technical documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Personable, friendly, active, cooperative, and collaborative mindset
- Analytical thinking
- Great attention to details
