- SEO Strategy & Implementation - Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic - Conduct keyword research and identify new SEO opportunities - Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines - On-Page & Technical SEO - Improve website architecture, internal linking, and navigation for better usability and indexing - Ensure proper use of structured data, canonical tags, and schema markup - Optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals. - Content Optimization & Strategy - Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly conten - Conduct content audits and suggest improvements for better search visibility - Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority - Off-Page SEO & Link Building - Manage link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives - Monitor and improve backlink profile using ethical SEO techniques - SEO Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to track and analyze SEO performance - Generate and present reports on SEO progress, insights, and recommendations - Competitor & Market Analysis - Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and industry trends - Adapt and refine SEO strategies based on market insights - Collaboration & Team Management - Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed - Train and guide marketing and content teams on SEO best practices - Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry changes

- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral, is essential for effective communication - Strong content writing skills and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively - Understanding of marketing, performance-based advertising, and online gaming trends - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
