Corporate and International Relationship Manager

- Collecting financial information from international clients and conducting visits to their business sites (when applicable) - Analyzing the behavior and evaluating the businesses of international clients in accordance with international financial standards, coordinating with relevant departments, and obtaining approval in line with internal procedures - Conducting negotiations on banking services, including defining preliminary terms (Term Sheet) and finalizing financing conditions - Managing and developing long-term relationships with international clients - Ongoing management of client portfolios, monitoring existing and potential problematic loans - Implementation of activities aimed at client acquisition and conducting negotiations - Continuous assessment of clients’ current needs and opportunities - Identifying complaints of assigned clients (both own and team’s) and taking steps to resolve them

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in corporate lending - Excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis - Strong understanding of sales mechanisms - Good command of Russian and English - Proficiency in MS Office tools
