Outgoing Tour Manager

- Create Unique Tour Packages: Design personalized travel experiences that highlight unique destinations and experiences - Work with Clients: Get to know our travelers’ dream trips and craft tailor-made itineraries they’ll love - Discover New Destinations: Research exciting new places and hidden treasures to include in our tours - Partner with Vendors: Build relationships with hotels, guides, and local businesses to ensure top-notch experiences - Manage Logistics: Take care of the details—budgeting, pricing, and making sure everything runs smoothly - Support Clients: Be there for our travelers from start to finish, ensuring they have a stress-free and unforgettable journey

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in travel planning, tour management, or a related role, with a strong focus on creating unique travel experiences - In-depth knowledge of destinations, cultures, and tourism trends around the world - Strong experience in vendor relations and a network of contacts in the travel and tourism industry - Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple tours and clients simultaneously - Creativity and a passion for designing memorable and off-the-beaten-path travel experiences - Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel-related software/tools (e.g., booking systems, CRM) - Medium-level proficiency in both Russian and English (spoken and written) is required
