Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, ensure a personalized approach, and fully satisfy them through provided services
- Organize the provision of high-quality banking services at the branch
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal bank policies and regulations
- Attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones
-Actively carry out sales of banking products and promote cross-selling
- Achieve the financial and operational goals set for the branch and ensure profitable and sustainable performance
- Manage the branch team effectively, including staff selection, training, motivation, and continuous performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in economics or finance
- 5 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in management
- Excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation, customer service, and lending processes
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the AS-Bank system
- Advanced leadership skills
- Decision-making ability
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment
- Analytical mindset;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
