- Manage the entire process of revenue-driving features, from idea to launch - Prioritize and release features that support upsell, conversion, and new revenue sources - Use product analytics, customer feedback, and business insights to identify opportunities - Build strong business cases for proposed features and track their performance after launch - Stay updated on AI trends and suggest practical ways to integrate AI into the product - Act as a bridge between engineering, sales, design, and leadership to align priorities - Lead efficient planning and feedback cycles to maintain product momentum - Ensure documentation and specs are clear, up-to-date, and easy to understand - Foster a culture of transparency and ownership within the product team - Work closely with sales and customer teams to gather real-world insights and close feedback loops

- 4-6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS - Technical background (e.g. former developer or cs graduate) with the ability to speak engineering - Strong understanding of product-led growth and revenue models - Experience working in small, agile teams - comfortable wearing multiple hats - Fluent in english and armenian (russian a bonus) - Curious about AI and eager to explore its product applications
