B2B Sales and Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift)

- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing professional and timely assistance - Guide clients through product selections and purchasing processes, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their needs - Answer questions about product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status - Support existing clients by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaboration with Outside Sales Team - Assist the outside sales team by managing client requests and coordinating follow-ups - Ensure seamless communication between customers and the sales team - Provide necessary documentation, quotes, and product details to support sales efforts - Product & Order Management - Maintain accurate product information in the system, including specifications, pricing, and availability - Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery - Assist with inventory-related inquiries and product updates

- Previous experience in customer support, inside sales, or a related role, preferably in wholesale or B2B industries - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently - Familiarity with CRM or accounting systems for order and product management is a plus - Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to customer service - Knowledge of signage materials or a related industry is an advantage but not required
