Responsibilities
- Creating and sending targeted campaigns via email, SMS, push, and in-app messages
- Using player data to segment audiences and personalize communications
- Supporting the setup of automated customer journeys for onboarding, retention, and reactivation
- Collaborating with content and design teams to make sure campaigns are clear, engaging, and on-brand
- Tracking results and preparing basic reports to measure success and suggest improvements
- Ensuring all communications follow compliance and responsible gaming guidelines
- Assisting with bonus setups and promotions related to CRM campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer communications—ideally in iGaming or B2C
- Proficiency of English, both written and spoken
- Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Confident using CRM tools like Optimove and Smartico is a huge plus
- Comfortable with data, segmentation, and turning insights into action
- Understands customer lifecycles and how to engage users at each stage
- Curious about AI or already exploring how it can improve CRM and marketing
- A team player who supports a positive, collaborative work culture
