Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to our users across chat and email
- Perform manual verification and handling of basic financial transactions
- Resolve technical and financial issues quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Monitor the site for issues and report them to the internal team, working with global teams to resolve complex cases
- Help with general admin tasks to support daily operations
- Work on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications
- An intermediate or higher communicator in English
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role
- Familiar with Back-office systems
- Knowledgeable about online sports or casino betting platforms is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating various support tools and systems
- Friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others
