- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement on different platforms - Create, write, and strategize the brand's visual identity for social media platforms - Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily across all social media channels - Collaborate closely with the design and media production teams to create engaging social media content. - Collaborate with influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders within the Web3 and crypto communities to amplify reach and credibility - Manage budgets for social media advertising in alignment with business objectives - Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations for future campaigns - Work with the business development and partnerships teams to enhance brand visualization and updates on social media

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field - At least 2 years of working experience in social media marketing and digital media - Proficiency in English, and knowledge of any other language is a plus - Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platforms - Good knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels - Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking skills - Good time management and organizational skills - Quick learner and adaptable to changes - Initiative in continuous learning and professional growth
