- Develop and design visual concepts for various marketing and communication materials and campaigns - Create visually appealing and engaging designs for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, banners, flyers, social media graphics, website assets, and more - Conduct thorough research to gather inspiration, stay updated with design trends, and incorporate new ideas into your work - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, color, and typography - Work closely with copywriters, product project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards - Stay up to date with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging design techniques

- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and principles of visual composition - Proven experience in preparing and delivering high-quality print-ready files - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software. - Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools is a strong advantage - Working knowledge of Blender or 3ds Max is a plus - Understanding of social media platforms, web design principles, and best practices - Graphic design skills and a well-rounded portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field - Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Strong research skills to gather inspiration and incorporate new design trends into your work
