- Continuously monitor casino operations and player behavior to identify potential risks, including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and problem gambling - Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities - Oversee the monitoring of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, etc.) to detect suspicious or unusual activity - Ensure all operations comply with the relevant gaming regulations and policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling requirements - Investigate risk incidents, propose corrective actions, and ensure proper reporting and follow-up procedures are in place - Analyze player data in depth to identify trends and unusual activity patterns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to minimize risk - Prepare regular risk reports and present findings to senior management, ensuring transparency in all casino-related risks - Work closely with departments such as Payments, Compliance, Customer Service to maintain an integrated approach to risk management

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management within the iGaming or online casino industry - Strong understanding of online casino operations, including gaming products, payment systems, and bonus structures - Experience with fraud detection systems and tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the iGaming industry - Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems, risk management tools, and CRM systems - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools - Understanding of market-specific risk trends in iGaming - Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
