- actively perform code reviews and help evolve to code review guidelines to ensure quality code is shipped - assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans - maintain high standards of software quality within the team - participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code - collaborate with other departments, support them and troubleshoot arising issues - guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery - provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship - prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software

- higher education in IT or in a technical field - 7+ years of professional experience as a C# Software Developer - work experience in financial-banking industry will be a big plus - hands-on experience with ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity Framework technologies - excellent knowledge of WCF and REST technologies - excellent command of MS SQL server and relational database design - strong practical mind - advanced interpersonal and communication skills - excellent organizational and management skills - adaptive leadership - ability to meet deadlines; high sense of responsibility - advanced knowledge of technical English
