Responsibilities
- Design and execute daily, weekly, and monthly CRM campaigns focused on customer retention and reactivation
- Create and manage personalized promotions for targeted customer segments using CRM tools and platforms
- Test campaigns and promotional materials to ensure functionality, regulatory compliance, and optimal user experience
- Track, analyze, and report on promotion performance using defined KPIs
- Manage customer communication flows across multiple channels (SMS, internal messaging, pop-ups, emails) and align campaigns with appropriate audience segments
- Provide support and guidance during CRM system training sessions (e.g., demo calls), and assist with system implementation and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English, Turkish (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data-driven marketing approaches
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and deadline management skills
- Previous experience in customer service or CRM-related roles, ideally within the online gambling, iGaming, or digital entertainment sectors
