Manual QA Specialist

- Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications - Perform API testing using tools like Postman - Document testing phases and defects, report bugs and errors to development team - Review software bug reports, highlight and troubleshoot problem areas - Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in testing practices

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance - Understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies and software development life cycle, and ability to apply the knowledge in daily operations - Hands-on experience with API testing - Familiarity with SQL, GIT will be plus - Experience using Jira for test case management and bug tracking - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
