- Design and develop best-in-class educational and logistics applications, built on the web - Set the technical direction for the engineering organization collaboratively, demonstrating a product mindset - Develop high-quality applications with a keen focus on usability and innovation - Collaborate across disciplines, including backend and infrastructure, with a willingness to learn and contribute to full-stack development when needed, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability to new challenges - Collaborate with QA and engineers regularly to refine our build and test pipeline - Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to iteratively build solutions that our users will love - Exhibit leadership skills by mentoring other engineers - Support or own the technical rollout of new products - Drive renewable, measurable high impact, moving the organization towards its charter metrics

- Motivated by the TUMO mission (we will pitch you!) - Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, exhibiting a product mindset - Demonstrated high impact in former engineering roles - 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer focused on the front end - Strong technical communication and writing skills - Proficiency in English - Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library such as Vue.js, React, or Angular. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript - Experience with build tools like Vite or Webpack - Familiarity with state management solutions like Vuex, Pinia, Redux, or similar - Familiarity with front-end testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, Vitest, or similar - Knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns - Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility - Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SCSS, SASS, LESS) - Experience with our specific technologies is a plus (MongoDB, Nest.js, Vue.js, Docker, Azure, Kubernetes, PHP). ​​​
