SMM Specialist

- Develop and implement an SMM strategy for the MAN Truck brand, AMMANN, Addinol, Cifa, Carmix, Fortune tires taking into account B2B specifics and corporate objectives - Manage and grow the brand’s official social media accounts - Plan, create, and publish content in accordance with the approved content plan - Create and adapt content (copy, visual materials, video) for various digital platforms - Promote the MAN Truck product portfolio, service solutions, and corporate initiatives across social media channels - Engage with the audience by managing comments and incoming messages, ensuring professional business communication - Coordinate work with external contractors (designers, video production teams, agencies) - Support the dealer network within SMM-related activities - Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation on social media platforms - Analyze competitor activity and industry trends - Evaluate the effectiveness of SMM activities using key performance indicators (reach, engagement, lead generation) - Prepare regular analytical reports and provide recommendations to optimize social media communications - Ensure compliance with MAN brand guidelines

- 1–3 years of experience in SMM / digital marketing - Experience managing corporate social media accounts - Understanding of B2B communication (preferred) - Content planning and copywriting skills - Experience with social media analytics and KPIs - Ability to work with contractors and cross-functional teams - Knowledge of current SMM tools and trends - English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher - Required candidate level
