- Lead the creative vision and design strategy for all projects within the centralised design department, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including regions, marketing, product, SMM and content creators to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging requirements - Translate strategic insights into compelling visual concepts and designs that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand identity - Provide clear art direction, guidance, and mentorship to a team of designers, ensuring their work meets creative standards and project objectives - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where creativity thrives, encouraging team members to explore innovative design solutions and techniques - Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development sessions to support the professional growth and career advancement of team members - Manage the end-to-end creative process for multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, and provide ongoing updates on project status and milestones - Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery and stakeholders’ satisfaction - Oversee the development of visual concepts, layouts, and designs, ensuring they effectively communicate the desired message and adhere to brand guidelines - Conduct thorough reviews and critiques of design work, providing constructive feedback to designers to refine their ideas and improve the overall quality of creative deliverables - Maintain high standards of design excellence, attention to detail, and craftsmanship across all projects, consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation - Champion new ideas, creative techniques, and design trends within the team and across the organization, inspiring a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence - Collaboration and guidance from the centralised department to the franchise locations to ensure alignment with VBET's identity and strategy - Taking part in the hiring and onboarding process in Armenia and for franchise locations, ensuring that their onboarding process is smooth and that they are aware of everything they need - Workshops based on the team needs - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for conveying design campaigns and artworks passionately to stakeholders - Creative problem-solving approach with a design thinking mindset, seeking to understand player needs and elevate the gaming experience - Proven ability to manage timelines and resources to ensure successful request delivery - Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, fostering a culture of creativity and mutual support within the team - A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with the latest gambling and design trends - Strategic thinking and the ability to align creative direction with VBET's brand and business objectives - Experience in providing constructive feedback to improve the team's performance and foster a culture of excellence

- At least 7-10 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work - Proven experience in a leadership role within a centralised design team - Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is highly preferred - Expert knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Proficient in using Figma for collaborative design projects and prototyping - Familiarity with other design software and tools as needed - Strong understanding of typography, including font selection, kerning, and leading - Expertise in color theory, ensuring harmonious and effective color palettes - Advanced skills in layout design principles, creating balanced and visually appealing compositions - Extensive experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity - Proven ability to create and implement effective branding strategies across various media - Proficient in motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro - Ability to create engaging animations and dynamic video content - Experience in creating interactive designs that enhance user engagement
