Specialist, IT Systems Monitoring Division/Night shift

- Configure IT system monitoring software - Monitor active network equipment working capacity - Monitor network infrastructure working capacity - Monitor communication services provided by suppliers - Monitor IT systems’ and servers’ working capacity - Handle IT Service Desk tickets and incoming calls during non-working hours

- University degree in engineering - At least 1 years of relevant work experience - Basic knowledge of network (knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP(S), LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP) - Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and above - Knowledge of Zabbix will be a plus - Knowledge of Grafana tool will be a plus - Knowledge of Prometheus tool will be a plus - Knowledge of Datadoghq tool will be a plus - Knowledge of Jira (Confluence, Kanban) software will be a plus - Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) will be a plus - Knowledge of web-related software - Advanced skills of Windows systems usage - Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English - Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances - Ability to make quick and independent decisions - Team player - Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
