Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of computers, printers, UPS systems, projectors, and other technical equipment
- Manage the Print Management system for multifunctional printing devices
- Provide technical support and handle service requests received from the Help Desk
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of audiovisual systems during meetings and events in conference halls
- Carry out installation and configuration of workstations, computers, and telecommunication devices
- Maintain and repair UPS systems
- Replace the software maintenance administrator when necessary
- Handle receiving and replacing spare parts and technical components from storage
- Participate in IT equipment inventory processes
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 6 months of experience in the IT field
- Knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware
- Proficiency in general-purpose software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking (non-advanced level)
- Understanding of electrical engineering and informatics fundamentals
