Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound B2B leads (demo requests, trials, and inquiries)
- Conduct product demos for HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Understand customer needs and clearly explain Hirebee’s value and features
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales pipeline
- Prepare and send pricing proposals and support deal closing
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion
- Collect feedback from prospects to support product and messaging improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or a similar role
- Experience selling software or HR-tech products is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to run structured demos and handle objections professionally
- Comfortable working with sales pipelines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good written and spoken English and Russian
