Responsibilities
- Rate and service negotiations with service providers to ensure the best routing/rating options - Organizing, air shipments and booking sea freight on required vessels - Identifying the best routes and rates available and communicating back to our customers - Processing RFQ and tender requests through current and third-party suppliers - Liaising with Sales on potential and booked shipments to ensure a smooth handover of rates and operations - Maintaining and managing KPIs through monthly reporting procedures
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English language skills - oral & and written - Excellent and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) - Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethic - Ability to quickly process information and make decisions with meticulous attention to details - A team player with a high sense of responsibility
