- Plan, order, supervise and accept construction works of rooftop and field new-type mobile base stations - Establish requirements to the quality of construction works and monitor their implementation; - Organize the acceptance of completed construction works, check and approve the relevant documents / acts - Follow the observance of security measures at mobile stations, the presence of special protective metal structures - Conduct technical support of the process of procurement of construction services or materials - Organize and conduct research on the construction site of mobile stations - Prepare technical specifications for the project works - Monitor the process of preparing construction projects, conduct ongoing inspections and adopt final project packages - Submit monthly / weekly / reports on current projects and other construction and installation works - Perform an assessment of the works of contractors in accordance with the internal regulations of the company - Create and regularly update databases and work files - Participate in the adaptation, periodic review and application of new regulatory documents related to the construction field and apply them in the working processes

- Higher technical education in related field - At least 2 years of work experience - Knowledge of RA civil construction norms and legislation, general knowledge in the field of civil construction - Knowledge of technical regulations for electrical plants and devices - Good knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, AutoCAD) - Knowledge of the rules for telecommunication and infrastructure operation systems - Good knowledge of the Armenian, English and Russian languages - Ability to work under pressure - Problem-solving skills - Adaptability/Flexibility - Teamwork and cooperation - Skills of work planning and reporting skills
