- Delivery & Execution: Drive end-to-end project delivery. Partner with product, design, and other stakeholders to reduce uncertainty, mitigate risk, and ship impactful work. - 7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a management or leadership role - Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading teams through complex projects - Strong knowledge of modern backend and frontend technologies - Solid understanding of software design principles, architecture, and system design - Hands-on experience with tools and practices that drive tech efficiency, including CI/CD, unit and integration testing,security, observability, performance monitoring, etc. - Experience with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Vue.js, PHP, MongoDB is a plus
