- Define and implement the bank-wide data governance framework, including data ownership, data quality management, metadata management, and data lifecycle management - Establish and enforce data policies, standards, and controls in line with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements - Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, availability, and controlled access across all systems - Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the enterprise data architecture - Oversee the development and maintenance of the Data Warehouse (DWH) and Data Lake as the foundation for reporting, analytics, and advanced data use cases - Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and integration with core banking and digital systems - Develop and manage data analytics and BI capabilities to support business decision-making - Enable self-service analytics and standardized reporting across business units - Ensure consistency and reliability of analytical data models, KPIs, and dashboards - Lead the adoption of data science, machine learning, and AI use cases - Identify and prioritize high-value advanced analytics initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders - Oversee the model lifecycle, from experimentation and validation to production deployment - Build and lead cross-functional data teams, including data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists - Promote a data-driven culture across the organization - Act as a key partner to business, IT, enterprise architecture, and information security teams

- At least 5 years of experience in senior data leadership roles (e.g., CDO, Head of Data, Head of Analytics) within banking or financial services - Advanced degree in Data Science, Information Management, or Business Administration - In-depth familiarity with a wide range of data management and analytics tools such as Oracle Database (PL/SQL), MySQL, Power BI, Python - Good working knowledge of English and Russian - Experience in building and leading high-performance teams - Excellent communication skills
