Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to external clients, providing strategic guidance on a range of HR issues
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique HR challenges and tailor solutions to their specific needs
- Participate in HR consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with their business goals
- Advise clients on various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Offer insights into industry best practices for talent acquisition and retention
- Assist clients in selecting and implementing HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay abreast of emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients
- Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and risk mitigation
- Participate in designing customized training programs for client organizations
- Be involved in business development activities of HR Advisory Services and prepare proposals
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Profound knowledge of talent sourcing tools and channels; experience in technical recruitment will be deemed as an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Profound knowledge of English and Russian
