Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and redirect the calls and messages to respective employees
- Accept and transfer the correspondence and packages to respective employees and subdivisions
- Schedule and maintain the calendar for the meeting rooms, make sure the meeting rooms are clean and tidy and all the IT tools required for the meeting are in place
- Meet and accompany guests to respective meeting rooms in proper manner, notify other participants of the meeting about their arrival
- Draft letters and other documents
- Regularly review and update the database
- Participate in document archiving
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
Required Qualifications
- University degree in economics, linguistics or other humanities
- At least 1 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, ability to multitask, time management skills
- Attention to details
- Representation skills
- Team player
- Cooperation skills
- Ability to complete tasks properly in a timely manner
- Familiar with advanced office equipment and programs (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet)
