- Develop and maintain relationship with clients - Generate leads and close deals - Identifying and engaging potential partners for product package development, conducting negotiations and concluding partnership agreements - Conducting negotiations and concluding agreements with partners to expand the loyalty program network - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and revisit (when necessary) sales policy

- University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere - Experience in customer service, sales or related fields - Strong understanding of the business and industry trends - Ability to understand and assess business needs - Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills - Strong negotiation skills - Strong critical and flexible thinking, analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team, ability to coordinate work - Representation skills - MS Office proficiency (advanced MS Excel skills), knowledge of MS Project - Result-driven personality, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines - Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
