Specialist, POS Terminals Support Team

- Provide ongoing technical and software maintenance of POS-terminals - Respond to merchants’ inquiries - Handle AS Bank records with respect to registered merchants - Perform registration of merchants in ArCa - Handle paper flow of the division, draft letters, prepare reports, references, acts and contracts

- University degree (preferably technical) - Availability of a driving license will be a plus - Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting is desirable - Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English - Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances - Ability to make decisions quickly and autonomously - Team player - Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
