- Assessment of operational risks - Development and review of internal legal/regulatory documents - Implementation and improvement of internal control mechanisms - Organization and execution of the RCSA process - Development, implementation and management of KRI indicators - Conducting stress tests related to operational risks - Assessment of operational risks within the framework of introducing new banking products - Support for the implementation of operational risk monitoring and alerting systems

- university degree in economics or finance - Work experience in operational risk management or customer service - Ability to develop and improve risk management models - Negotiation skills - Communication and teamwork skills - Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
