Required Qualifications
- higher education
- at least 1 year of work experience in customer service within the banking sector
- excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation and customer service processes
- good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software programs
- sales and customer acquisition skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- customer-oriented and caring approach
- willingness and ability to learn quickly
- strong sense of initiative and responsibility
- excellent command of Russian and English languages
