Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, providing timely and accurate support for API and data inquiries via ticketing systems (Jira) and other communication channels - Monitor servers and system performance to ensure the stability and integrity of our data feeds - Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical issues, collaborating closely with internal teams like Development and Product to ensure efficient resolution - Document all technical issues, solutions, and partner communications
Required Qualifications
- Native Armenian speaker with professional working proficiency in English and Russian (B2 level or higher) - Demonstrated experience in a B2B support or comparable client-facing technical position, specifically within the online gambling or data services sector - Ability to clearly articulate the concepts of APIs, frontends, and backends, and how they interact. No programming experience is needed, as the focus is on conceptual understanding - Exceptional written communication and strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the talent for simplifying complex technical information - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics or a related field - Proven experience in a B2B support or similar client-facing technical role within the online gambling or data services industry - Technical Familiarity: You can comfortably explain what an API, a frontend, and a backend are and how they generally work together. The focus is on understanding the concepts, not on coding - no programming experience is required - Proficiency with support tools like Jira and productivity suites like Google Workspace - Previous experience using AI-powered tools in a support environment - Excellent written communication and strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for explaining technical concepts clearly
