Agile Project Manager

- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach) - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team performance - Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive effective resolutions to keep projects on track. - Ensure project goals, deadlines, and KPIs are met while maintaining high-quality standards - Foster strong communication within teams and across departments, promoting a transparent and collaborative environment - Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and reports for internal stakeholders and management - Contribute to the evolution and optimization of Agile best practices within the organization

- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager in the iGaming industry (Casino, Sportsbook, or related sectors) - Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management principles - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Familiarity with key iGaming operational functions (player management systems, game integrations, CRM campaigns, affiliate tools, etc.) is highly preferred - Experience working with cross-functional international teams (product, development, design, marketing) - Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana) - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and a solution-driven mindset - Fluent English is required (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
