Responsibilities
- Purchasing documentation and criteria preparation (including assistance to the Requestors) - Work in Sourcing system (announcement placement on the web site, trading creation, e-mail notification, assistance to applicants, answers to commercial and general questions, and cooperation with Requestors for answers to technical questions) - Bids opening, submission to Requestor, Security Unit, Compliance Manager and feedback collection and evaluation Supplier Selection Report preparation - Closing the case (posting an announcement on the corporate website and notifying all participants by e-mail) E-archiving of documents - Check-up of the contract draft - Conduct market analysis (external and internal) per categories at least once per half year - Notification of the potential suppliers about the announcements on the Company's web site/Sourcing system - Preparation of answers to the suppliers questions including cooperation with the Requestors for technical questions - Negotiations with the suppliers (in Sourcing system, by e-mail and in presence, if needed) - Notifying all suppliers about the results of the purchasing procedure - Ensure conflicts resolution with suppliers - Organization of e-votings - Submission of approved packages to Corporate Governance and Legal Department for relevant contract conclusion - Update of Procurement Unit Register - Update of Justification Memo/Advance Payment Request/Purchase. Order/Offer/Supplier Performance Evaluation Report database - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Required Qualifications
- Higher education preferably in Economics - At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement - Awareness of the law of the RA on Procurements, Public Auctions, Civil Code - Effective communication skills - Language skills: Armenian, Russian and Excellent English - High sense of responsibility, honesty, flexibility - Knowledge of MS Office applications - Ability to conduct negotiations and bargains - Ability to work under pressure with critical deadlines
