Training Specialist

- Facilitate initial training of the newly onboarded educational staff - as part of their onboarding process across the local and international centers - Conduct in-service training of the existing educational staff of the local and international centers as deemed necessary - Maintain an updated training database and records - Coordinate and execute administrative functions essential for delivery and documentation of training programs - Take part in Training Content Creation Process - Provide on-site support and guidance of newly trained staff in their respective HUBs/ Boxes - Collaborate with all Centers and collect feedback on the training provided to identify weaknesses and gaps in the training program in order to make appropriate improvements - Stay abreast of leading training practices and coaching methods - Generate innovative ideas, suggestions, actively contributing to their implementation - Perform other written, oral or electronic instructions given by the immediate supervisor

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field - Proven experience in training facilitation, staff development, or educational program delivery - Presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of participants - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Armenian, ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization - Experience working in cross-cultural or international environments is an advantage - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
