Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction - Handle incoming calls from customers, as well as initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather information, or provide updates - Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system - Collaborate with team members and other departments to share information, address customer concerns, and contribute to a positive working environment - Follow established procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maintain service quality standards - Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and Russian languages would be plus) - Genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to empathize with customer needs - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions - Proficiency in using computer systems - Ability to adapt to changing procedures, technologies, and responsibilities - Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work effectively within a team
