- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend software using PHP - Write clean, testable, and well-documented code that follows best engineering practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Design, Product) to deliver robust, high-quality features - Participate in software architecture discussions, ensuring system performance, reliability, and maintainability - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing applications - Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior team members when needed - Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Stay current with emerging technologies and propose practical, innovative solutions where relevant

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related technical field - 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development - Strong knowledge of backend development using PHP - Experience in fintech, or gaming (iGaming) projects is a strong advantage - Understanding of modern development tools, design patterns, and coding best practices - Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize high-load applications - Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a continuous learning mindset
