Responsibilities
- Meet and refer visitors to the relevant employee - Response to all incoming calls - Connect callers to the appropriate department/contact - Assist IVR users - Create electronic database of visitors’ IDs - Distribute the copies of invoices to legal entities and individuals - Ensure proper paper workflow - Receive and register (soft and hard) all incoming correspondence and distribute them to the staff - Receive and register (soft and hard) all outgoing correspondence and ensure their delivery to the addressee - Report on accidents in Reception - Assist to the events - Prepare periodic reports
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - Understanding of administrative work principles - Computer skills: MS Office - Advanced knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages - Effective communication and listening skills - Proficiency in customer service - Team working skills
