Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products) - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities - Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities - Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide - Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with local and international gaming laws - Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field - The ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze competitors, and navigate industry regulations and compliance requirements - Proven experience in developing partnerships, managing key accounts, and delivering excellent negotiation and deal-closing results - Practical experience using CRM software, business development tools, and project management applications - A highly motivated self-starter who works well independently, solves problems under pressure, and collaborates effectively in a team environment - Open and willing to travel frequently for business meetings, conferences, and global industry events - Fluent English is essential for this role, and the ability to speak additional languages is a plus - A deep understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products, along with an established network of contacts in the industry, is a major advantage - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Highly motivated to meet and exceed commercial targets - Capable of working both independently and productively within a team - Strong critical thinking and closing abilities
