Responsibilities
- Develop a strong cable by discovering and attracting new clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Assess client requirements, match them to company’s telecom solutions, and develop specific proposal
- Maintain strong client relations to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth installation and service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, and technology developments
- Actively participate in industry events to promote DialTel services
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B direct sales experience
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and reporting abilities
