Data Analyst

- Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends and insights that support strategic business decisions - Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI to visualize KPIs and business performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial—to deliver insight-driven recommendations for both customer-facing and partner-focused initiatives - Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems - Develop detailed business cases, feasibility assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives & decision making - Ensure data integrity through cleansing, validation, and transformation processes - Support the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business performance and growth - Document methodologies, insights, and recommendations for internal knowledge-sharing and future analysis - Conduct customer segmentation, retention, churn, and monetization analysis for B2C and performance analysis for B2B partners and clients - Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s KPI frameworks and reporting systems across business units - Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and innovations in data analytics and business intelligence

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in Data Analytics/BI are a plus) - 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar data analytics or business intelligence role - Expertise in PowerBI: ability to create dynamic, interactive dashboards and visual reports - Strong command of SQL for querying, data transformation, and analysis - Experience with marketing, CRM, and performance analytics across B2C and B2B landscapes - Familiarity with additional data tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Looker, Tableau) is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Clear communicator, able to distill complex data into actionable insights - Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude
