- Regularly submit proposals for continuing improvements and relevant amendments in procedures and processes - Perform core functions defined for the position in accordance with the laws and procedures regulating the sector - Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager - Operate under established roles, approved limits, and responsibilities - Perform core functions defined for the position in accordance with the laws, rules and procedures regulating the sector - Perform legal review and checkup of the documents related to all credit instruments/products issued to clients based on distribution and/or allocation of duties within the Business Directions Legal Support Division of the Legal Department - Conduct review of the basis of collateral items offered under the RA Law on Confiscation of Property of Illegal - Origin and issue an opinion on the existing risks - Provide legal advice to the Bank employees on provision and service of credit instruments/products, participate in meetings with clients, where necessary - Perform legal review and verification of legal conformity of decisions and supporting documents on applying lien to cash funds of the Bank clients and removing such lien - Where necessary, perform additional review and issue opinion on the packages of current credit files - Review and amend legal packages regarding current and newly introduced programs used at the Bank for credit instruments, prepare/revise contracts concluded under certain programs and/or make recommendations regarding them - Based on the written instruction of the Head of Business Directions Legal Support Division of the Legal Department and/or Director, Legal and/or Deputy Director, Legal, support performance of functions and/or tasks by other divisions of the Legal Department, perform other tasks as assigned by the Director, Legal and/or Deputy Director, Legal and/or Head of the Division - Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the Bank - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Law - Minimum 3 years of professional experience (experience as a Lawyer in the financial and banking sector will be considered as an advantage) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook - Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English - Communication skills and courteous manners - Attention to detail - Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle stressful situations - Ability to work under pressure and resolve complicated issues; self-disciplined personality
