Responsibilities
Organization of works related with submission of enforcement order to the RA MJ CES
Verification of enforcement order
Verification of availability of debt
Drafting notes addressed to CES
- Drafting documents subject to be submitted to CES
- Addressing corresponding questions to the Department of Finance and Accounting, Information Systems Department and provision of requested data
- Examination of materials of enforcement proceedings, if necessary drafting notes and submission to CES
- Provision of information requested by CES representatives
- Entry of corresponding data into electronic database
- Submission of monthly reports to the line manager
- Organization of works related with document flow and control over their implementation
Required Qualifications
- Higher legal education
- At least 1 year of professional work experience
- Good knowledge of respective legal sphere: procedural and compulsory law
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent team working skills
- Good language skills: Armenian, English, Russian
- Ethical behavior
- Ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability/flexibility
- Negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills
