Senior Financial Auditor

- Lead and perform audits of financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal and external regulations - Analyze financial records, invoices, contracts, and internal procedures to assess operational efficiency and risk exposure - Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement - Investigate irregularities or potential fraud and recommend preventive measures - Prepare detailed and structured audit reports highlighting key findings, root causes of discrepancies, and practical recommendations - Coordinate audit activities with team members and relevant departments - Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions based on previous audit findings - Participate in the development of audit plans and methodologies - Support the training and mentoring of junior auditors - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

- Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in auditing or financial control, including roles with increased responsibility - In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, internal control evaluation, and risk assessment practices - Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting - Strong experience in preparing and reviewing audit documentation and reports - Excellent command of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., ArmSoft) - Thorough understanding of tax and labor legislation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail - Effective leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Fluency in Armenian; good command of English and Russian (both written and verbal)
