Corporate Lending Products Development Specialist

- conduct market, competitor, and corporate customer needs research as part of the corporate product development process - develop ideas for new corporate products and services - prepare technical specifications for product revisions - analyze product sales performance trends and monitor statistics - prepare recommendations for product improvement - provide product-related information to the sales team and support the organization of training sessions - develop internal regulations, procedures, and documentation related to products - monitor industry trends and innovations

- higher education in a relevant field - at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in product development or digital projects - basic knowledge of the AS-Bank system - knowledge of market and business analysis techniques - ability to analyze data and prepare reports - project management skills - good command of English and/or Russian
