- Develop and scale high-quality Web API services - Optimize data access layers using EF Core for maximum performance - Integrate distributed systems using Redis for caching and Kafka for messaging - Ensure code reliability through automated testing and Peer Code Reviews - Collaborate with the team during Scrum ceremonies to deliver value every sprint

- C# / .NET: 3+ years of commercial experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+. - ASP.NET Core Web API: Deep knowledge of API design, Middleware, Dependency Injection, and security - Entity Framework Core: Expert-level knowledge (Fluent API, migrations, and performance tuning) - OOP & Patterns: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and practical application of Design Patterns - Architecture Plus: Knowledge and experience with Clean Architecture, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and CQRS will be a strong advantage - Principles: Strict adherence to SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles - Testing: Mandatory experience with Unit Testing (xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest) - Caching: Experience with Redis or similar caching systems - Message Brokers: Practical experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ - Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle - NoSQL: Knowledge and experience with MongoDB - Optimization: Skills in Performance Optimization (query profiling and EF Core tuning)
