Host/Waiter

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the wine bar - Present menus and provide detailed information on wine selections and pairings - Assist with coat checks and seating arrangements - Answer phone calls and manage reservations - Provide information about the shop's offerings and events - Coordinate with the Hall Manager and waitstaff to ensure smooth seating and service flow - Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area - Assist in setting up and breaking down wine-tasting events - Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service - Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff - Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously - Monitor and attend to the needs of guests throughout their dining experience - Clear tables and ensure a clean dining environment - Support in general activities at Karas Wine Bar and brand-related projects upon necessity

- Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Good knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine pairing - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Proficiency in English and Russian is highly desirable
