Outgoing Tour Manager

MIRACLE TOUR & TRAVEL

- Create tour packages: choose hotels, build itineraries, and calculate prices - Communicate with hotels, airlines, and partner agencies about bookings, prices, and changes - Prepare travel and visa documents for clients - Consult clients, sell tours, and handle their questions and objections - Solve problems before and during the trip - Help prepare tour promotions for Instagram and Facebook

- Fluent Armenian and Russian, good written English (you'll email foreign partners daily) - Strong attention to detail: names, dates, and payments must be exactly right - Confident with clients, comfortable selling and negotiating - Able to handle several groups and deadlines at once - Experience in tourism is a plus. We'll train a strong candidate without it.
