Building Maintenance Specialist

Repair damaged walls, ceilings, and floors, including plastering, painting, and cement-sand works Inspect and adjust locks, hinges, glass, and insulation layers, and replace them when necessary Regularly inspect, repair, or replace pipelines, faucets, pumps, and plumbing equipment - Be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical work - Be available for possible overtime calls or on-call duty in emergency situations, as needed - Perform other tasks within the scope of the unit’s functions, when necessary - Carry out building repair and maintenance works - Carry out furniture repair works - Perform work related to the repair and maintenance of bathrooms and sewage systems - Move and install property or furniture - Perform other cleaning-related tasks, including cleaning the areas surrounding the buildings during the winter

- Secondary education - Conduct in accordance with ethical standards - Communication skills - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
